Velocity Precision Ltd is a company committed to producing high quality prototype or batch components on our CNC machines from a wide range of materials to support an array of prestigious customers.

We adopt a consultative partnership based approach supporting our customers with our engineering skills and resources to build long term relationships.   The strategic aim is to provide a strong robust foundation upon which sustainable organic growth can continue for the benefit of both the staff and our customers.

We are committed to continually improving our products and services to ensure we meet and, where appropriate, exceed our customers’ expectations.

We are committed to maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that provides the governance and consistency to support our business objectives and ensure continuing certification to ISO 9001 by a third party certification body and satisfies relevant requirements. Our business objectives are set, monitored and reviewed regularly in Management Reviews.

COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE (CMM) WITH AUTOMATION

In 2017 Velocity Precision invested in a Coordinate Measuring Machine. This allows us to provide our customers with:

• Statistical process control (SPC) monitors and controls quality by tracking production metrics. It helps quality managers identify and solve problems before products leave the facility.

• Six Sigma uses five key principles to ensure products meet customers’ needs and have zero defects.
